We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely. The shipping options available include:

  • Standard Shipping (South Africa): Delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (South Africa): Delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days. Additional customs fees may apply (see Section 6).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.
Free Shipping is available for orders over R1500 within South Africa.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
